- Payment Information: When you buy a template or bundle, your card details are entered and processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep a record of your purchase and a Stripe customer reference so we can unlock your access and provide support
- First Name: Optional, used to personalize communications
- Usage Data: We track which templates you generate and download to improve our service
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Process your purchases and unlock the templates you buy
- Provide access to PDF template downloads
- Send pottery tips, tutorials, and updates (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- Improve our application and create new templates
- Respond to your questions or feedback
Email Communications

- Stripe: Secure payment processing (card data is handled entirely by Stripe)
- Supabase: Database and authentication
- Google: Optional one-click sign-in (Google OAuth)
- Kit (ConvertKit): Email marketing and newsletter delivery
- Vercel: Website hosting

Analytics & Tracking
We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand how the app is used so we can improve it. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build cross-site profiles, and we do not sell your data. There are two layers:
- Vercel Web Analytics — aggregate page views, referrer, and approximate country/device. Cookieless and anonymous; no cross-site tracking.
- Product events (stored in our own Supabase database) — actions such as opening the app, generating a template, downloading a PDF, and the steps of checkout. Each event records an anonymous per-device id, your browser user-agent, the page that referred you, any campaign tags (utm / gclid / fbclid) on the link you arrived from, and — only when you are signed in — your account id. We use this to see how features perform and to fix problems.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the service, balanced against your privacy: the data is minimal and is never used to advertise to you.
Your choices: we automatically honour the Global Privacy Control signal if your browser sends one. You can also opt this device out of product-event analytics at any time:
Cookies & Local Storage
We do not use cookies. Instead we use your browser's local and session storage, on your own device, for things that make the app work: keeping you signed in, an anonymous analytics id, the campaign tags from the link you arrived on, your unit preference, and short-lived checkout state. None of this is third-party advertising or cross-site tracking, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings — or opt out of analytics using the button above.
Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
